Can I exchange my mattress for a different feel?

Yes, you can exchange your Posturepedic™ by Sealy mattress one time during the 100 Night Trial, if you want to try a different feel. Send us WhatsApp message (+966 050 043 0169) or email us at shop@sealyme.com and we’ll help you with the process of exchanging. After the onetime exchange, within the 100 Night Trial, if you’re still not happy, we will refund your money after detecting the shipping fees, if you paid via Tamara an additional 10% service fee deduction from the refund will be appplied.

How do I return my mattress?

If you’re unhappy with your Posturepedic™ by Sealy, call us. We’ll work with you to exchange or return your mattress. Depending on where you live, some of the options for “return” might include donating, recycling, or disposing of the mattress. In any case, once you confirm the return, we’ll issue a refund within 5 business days.
