2. Products and Pricing:
Accuracy of Information: We strive to display the colors and specifications of mattresses and products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will display colors with 100% accuracy as they appear in reality.
Pricing: All prices displayed on the website are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at 15%, unless stated otherwise.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes do not apply to orders that have already been confirmed and paid.
Out of Stock:The online store reserves the right to modify or discontinue gift offers in the event of stock depletion without prior notice or compensation. Customers are not entitled to claim gifts once they are out of stock. The online store makes every effort to provide available quantities.
3. Payment
- We offer multiple secure payment methods to facilitate the purchase process:
- Credit cards and Mada cards (Mada, Visa, Mastercard).
- Installment and deferred payment services via Tabby and Tamara. By choosing these services, you are also subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any purchase if payment verification fails or in the event that the product is out of stock.
4. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery Areas: We deliver to most major cities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Delivery Schedule: The estimated delivery date is displayed upon order completion. While we strive to meet delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions or courier company delays).
Receiving Orders: Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order and sign the delivery receipt.
5. Exchange and Return Policy
Returns and exchanges for mattresses are subject to our specific policy, which forms an integral part of these terms and conditions.
Trial Period: We offer a 100-night trial period for Sealy mattresses, with the option of a one-time exchange (terms and fees apply).
Pillows cannot be exchanged or returned once the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, for health and safety reasons.

6. Warranty (Sealy Warranty) :
We take pride in the quality of our products and offer an industry-leading warranty:
Warranty Period:
10-year warranty on Sealy mattresses when purchased with a base (all categories).
10-year warranty on mattresses for Hybrid and Posturepedic+ categories.
7-year warranty on mattresses for Posturepedic categories.
5-year warranty for Essentials and Exclusive categories.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects (such as abnormal sagging exceeding 4 cm) or protruding springs from the mattress.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover misuse, stains, burns, or damage caused by using an unsuitable bed base.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including text, designs, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of Sealy or its licensors and is protected under local and international copyright and trademark laws.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute, jurisdiction shall be vested in the competent courts in the city of Jeddah (or according to the company’s registered headquarters).
